DOREMi Sound & Light Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", or "our") operates www.doremionline.com.my. This policy explains how we manage order processing, delivery timelines, shipping fees, and related logistics matters.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), will be processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak festive or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed due to high volume.

Sabah / Sarawak: 3–7 working days
We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks in advance during major festivals such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, or Deepavali.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and delivery location of your order.
3. Delivery Address
We currently ship to valid street addresses within Malaysia only. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and courier details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Tracking can be done via Tracking.my.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.
Tip: Please take a photo of your parcel before opening to support any claim, if needed.
6. Receiver Information
If you need to update the receiver's name, phone number, or address, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once shipped, changes must be made directly with the courier.
7. Delivery to Multiple Addresses
We can only deliver to one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
8. Packaging Notes
Orders are shipped using our standard packaging. Requests for special packaging may incur additional fees.
9. Delivery Hold Rights
We reserve the right to withhold or delay shipment if we suspect payment issues or cannot verify the identity of the recipient.

DOREMi Sound & Light Sdn Bhd ("kami", "kita", atau "syarikat") mengendalikan laman web www.doremionline.com.my. Polisi ini menerangkan cara kami memproses pesanan, masa penghantaran, kadar caj, dan maklumat berkaitan logistik.
1. Masa Pemprosesan
Pesanan yang dibuat sebelum jam 2:00 petang (Isnin–Jumaat, tidak termasuk cuti umum) akan diproses dalam masa 1–3 hari bekerja.
Semasa musim perayaan atau promosi, penghantaran mungkin mengambil masa lebih lama kerana jumlah pesanan yang tinggi.

Kami sarankan untuk membuat pesanan sekurang-kurangnya 2 minggu awal semasa musim perayaan seperti Hari Raya, Tahun Baru Cina atau Deepavali.
2. Kadar Penghantaran
Caj penghantaran dikira semasa daftar keluar, berdasarkan berat dan lokasi penghantaran.
3. Alamat Penghantaran
Kami hanya menghantar ke alamat jalan di Malaysia. Pesanan ke peti surat atau alamat luar negara tidak akan diterima.
4. Pengesahan & Penjejakan
Selepas penghantaran dibuat, anda akan menerima e-mel pengesahan dengan nombor penjejakan dan butiran kurier. Nombor penjejakan akan aktif selepas 24 jam.
Anda boleh menjejaki pesanan anda di Tracking.my.
5. Kerosakan atau Kehilangan
Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas barang yang rosak atau hilang semasa penghantaran. Sila hubungi pihak kurier terus untuk membuat tuntutan.
Nota: Ambil gambar bungkusan sebelum membukanya bagi memudahkan proses tuntutan sekiranya perlu.
6. Maklumat Penerima
Jika anda ingin mengubah nama, nombor telefon atau alamat penerima, sila hubungi kami sebelum penghantaran dibuat. Selepas penghantaran, sebarang perubahan perlu dibuat dengan pihak kurier.
7. Penghantaran ke Pelbagai Alamat
Satu pesanan hanya boleh dihantar ke satu alamat. Jika anda mahu menghantar ke lebih daripada satu alamat, sila buat pesanan berasingan.
8. Pembungkusan
Pesanan akan dihantar menggunakan pembungkusan standard kami. Permintaan untuk pembungkusan khas mungkin dikenakan caj tambahan.
9. Penangguhan Penghantaran
Kami berhak menangguhkan penghantaran jika terdapat isu pembayaran atau maklumat penerima tidak dapat disahkan.
